SURVIVING THE BERMUDA TRIANGLE OF PRACTICE LEADERSHIP
This program is designed to identify key relationships in the practice that leaders must foster and develop for long term success. All professional relationships must have a strong foundation in order to be successful. We will review the fundamental building blocks necessary to maintain successful relationships and will introduce a discussion planner tool for participants to use in their practice to develop trust and apply effective communication.

Through interactive group activities participants will then take these fundamental building blocks and apply them to the three critical relationships, which if not managed properly can create a Bermuda Triangle in practice.

Manager/Owner/Leader Relationships: Local practice owners will share their perspectivethrough a panel discussion.

Manager/Team Member Relationships:Learn how to build a more cohesive team through individual relationships.

Manager/Client:
Learn how to build customer loyalty.

In the process of examining each of these relationships we will identify nuances specific to each and how participants might tailor discussions based on our understanding of the needs of each group.

Learning Objectives:

1. Build skills to improve key relationships in your practice.
2. Assess your skills to target strengths and development areas.
3. Determine ways that work for you to build trust and credibility in your practice.
4. Understand the owner’s perspective and create a united front for the practice.
5. Try out key skills that engage your team and drive practice performance.
6. Practice managing key client interactions to improve client satisfaction.
